EULAR关于孕前孕期及哺乳期抗风湿药

欧洲风湿病联盟（EULAR）成立了专门的顾问委员会（taskforce）以确定在孕前、孕期及哺乳期使用抗风湿病药物的需要考虑的要点（pointstoconsider）。继年和年指导意见之后，近期发表了关于合理使用的声明。该委员会明确了4项指导原则，11个要点。

A

Familyplanningshouldbeaddressedineachpatientofreproductiveageandadjustmentoftherapyconsideredbeforeaplannedpregnancy.

强调每位育龄期患者要有家庭计划并在计划妊娠前需要考虑调整治疗方案。

B

Treatmentofpatientswithrheumaticdiseasebefore/duringpregnancyandlactationshouldaimtopreventorsuppressdiseaseactivityinthemotherandexposethefetus/childtonoharm.

在孕前、孕期或哺乳期风湿病患者的治疗目的在于制止或抑制母亲的疾病活动度且不伤害胎儿/婴儿。

C

Theriskofdrugtherapyforthechildshouldbeweighedagainsttheriskthatuntreatedmaternaldiseaserepresentsforthepatientandthefetusorchild.

需要权衡药物治疗的风险和不治疗母体疾病所带来的的对患者及胎儿或婴儿所带来的风险。

D

Thedecisionondrugtherapyduringpregnancyandlactationshouldbebasedonagreementbetweentheinternist/rheumatologist,gynaecologist/obstetricianandthepatient,andincludingotherhealthcareproviderswhenappropriate.

孕期及哺乳期药物治疗的决定应当基于风湿科医师、妇科、产科医师，患者及其他医护服务提供者的共识。
